KETTLER at the ISPO 2019

The year 2018 was probably the most difficult and challenging in the 70-year KETTLER history. Above all, the critical company situation burdened business relationships with customers and suppliers, but of course also the workforce. At the end of the year, things turned around. Through the entry of a new shareholder, KETTLER now has a great chance of successfully continuing its business operations with all business units.

With the promising start into the new year, KETTLER can demonstrate its presence on the market at three big international exhibitions. With confidence, courage and creative energy, KETTLER presents its brand and the business units’ assortments on three attractive exhibition stands. KETTLER already exhibited at the International Furniture Fair in Cologne, the Toy Fair in Nuremberg and at the ISPO in Munich.

Bound by a slogan!

The trade fair concept at the ISPO 2019 is based on the claim "THE GREATEST COMEBACK EVER" and heralds the new KETTLER era.

It took a little courage when the decision for the concise and provocative slogan was made in preparation for the exhibition. It should be a promise to the customers, business partners and also to the employees - obligatory! - not only as a snapshot, but also as a guiding principle for the company.

"We have developed a concept for our customers and business partners with goals to be achieved in the short and medium term. This includes, for example, a stringent revision of the product range, but also the implementation of expert advisory boards from the customer base, or the international further development of the brand", says Olaf Bierhoff, Managing Director of the Kettler Freizeit GmbH.

In the analogy of the motto with the hashtag #greatestcomeback to sports, KETTLER refers to some great comebacks in sports history in its booth concept at the ISPO, such as Muhammad Ali, Martina Navratilova, Tiger Woods and Niki Lauda. The comebacks often were what made athletes legendary after a serious health or personal crisis. The parallel to the company KETTLER is transparent and desired.
